Yesterday Maureen Palacios, the wonderful owner of Once Upon a Time hosted a Book Launch and Signing for Cowgirl Kate and Cocoa, Spring Babies. Once Upon a Time, in Montrose, California is the oldest children's book store in the country - no small accomplishment for an independent! I thought I could launch a collection of horse quotes for Cocoa. I'm not gonna start with the 'gift horse' everybody knows that but what about this:

My daughter Fiona loves the Cowgirl Kate series and it has taught her to read! I'm always laughing out loud at Cocoa's comments!

My son Logan (age 4 1/2) and I love to read the Cowgirl Kate books together, they are his absolute favorite books. We have all six! Just wondering if there are plans to release #7? :) Thanks so much! Kristi.

Thanks for writing! I'm so glad you and Logan enjoy my books. Unfortunately, for now, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt has no plans to continue the series, but I hope to find a new home for them some day.
